Following are a list of the JMT current talking points.  Please use them by including various talking points in your:

The biggest news of the Ministry Team this month is the official start of our new community of faith being open to the public.   There will be media promotion of the community of faith over the next several months throughout Macomb County to support the effort.   We continue to ask for your support in announcing this wonderful event in your newsletters, reports, verbal and written announcements, etc.   New Faith Community in Macomb County - There is a new community of faith in Macomb County. Join those who have found God through the life and teaching of Jesus.  It includes believers and seekers, men and women, those of all orientations and identities, races and cultures, classes and abilities, committed to peace and justice.  It begins meeting Tuesday evenings, January 15, 6:30pm at Grand Dimetre’s Restaurant, Hayes and 23 Mile Road.  Contact Henry Brinker, Joint Ministry Team, United Church of Christ at 586-322-0715, MacombUCCPlant@aol.com or Ken Gadd.

 If you feel called to be a part of starting a new community of faith in the United Church of Christ in SE Michigan, please contact Ken Gadd or John Biersdorf.  We are in the process of developing a program to identify church planters and matching them with potential new community of faith opportunities in the eastern and Detroit Metropolitan Associations.
