Led By the Spirit: Detroit Metropolitan Association is a covenanted fellowship of unique local congregations, centered in God and compelled by the Spirit, to awaken and build faith in persons of all ages (churched and unchurched) through education, to inspire outreach and advocates for social justice.

Led By The Spirit is preparing to do training for churches on doing budgets and they also see part of their mission as resourcing churches around infrastructure. The churches have complained that the association has not provided this type of training.
